I can by my own self do nothing! Jesus never perform any miracles

Surah Al-Ma’idah (5:110)

When Allah will say, ‘O Jesus, Son of Mary, remember My favor upon you and upon your mother when I supported you with the Pure Spirit [Gabriel] and you spoke to the people in the cradle and in maturity; and when I taught you writing and wisdom and the Torah and the Gospel; and when you designed from clay [what was] like the form of a bird with My permission, then you breathed into it, and it became a bird with My permission; and you healed the blind and the leper with My permission; and when you brought forth the dead with My permission.

And your Bible confirms This.

John 5:30

I can do nothing on my own. I judge as God tells me. Therefore, my judgment is just, because I carry out the will of the one who sent me, not my own will.

Here, Allah emphasizes that every miracle Jesus performed was by His divine permission (بِإِذْنِي)

Jesus did not perform miracles by his own power but only by Allah’s will

Allah is the only source of supernatural power and prophets are merely His instruments.
